Melissa is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. Her career started in large corporate companies, Microsoft and Wayfair, where she gained invaluable insights into organizational dynamics and honed her skills in Talent Management, Recruiting and HR.
She worked internationally in Germany and recruited across Europe, Asia and America. She implemented new process and helped grow a new headquarters from scratch in Berlin. She’s worked across every profile and role you can think of - from warehouse associates, to data scientists, she’s hired them all!
Driven by a desire for personal and professional growth, Melissa pursued her MBA. She found her passion for small businesses and left the corporate world to focus on working directly with founders and C-Suite professionals at start-ups. She expanded her work into marketing and project management. Helping grow small brands on social media, email marketing, and end to end partnership success management.
